Welcome to the new Creative Catalyst website. It’s been a long time coming, and we think you’re going to love the changes.
First, let’s do a quick overview of navigating the new site and to product pages. You can also navigate to more information on logging in, using the search bar and searching by medium.
NAVIGATING THE NEW SITE
We know that it can take some time to learn a new layout. Below, we walk through some of the places we know you’ll want to go.
Desktop: For desktop users, you’ll see a black bar at the very top of the website. That menu will help you navigate to several places including home, a contact page, video list, FAQ, blog, search and your cart. On the right side of that bar, you’ll find a place to login.
If at any point you want to get back to the home screen, just click the Creative CATalyst logo and you’ll come straight back here.
Next down is a rotating slider of some of our best sellers. If you see something that looks interesting, click it and you’ll be brought to that product page.
Below the slider you’ll see medium categories. Click on a word to be taken to videos under that category medium.
Next are the big pink buttons to help you find New releases, best sellers, media and all videos.
Below the buttons, you’ll find videos listed out by medium. And then at the very bottom of the page you’ll find our most recent blog posts, a newsletter sign up and some quick links.
MOBILE
Mobile users will find a menu in the upper left corner of their screen. Three parallel bars and the word MENU. Click on the word MENU and a drop down menu will appear with links to home, a contact page, a video list, FAQ’s, our blog, search, your cart and a login page.
That drop down menu will go with you no matter where you are on the site.
Next you’ll see your cart in the upper right corner of your phone.
Below that you’ll find a slider with our best sellers. Click on the slider to be taken to that product page.
Below the slider you’ll see media listed out. Click on any of the words to be taken to the corresponding video list for that medium.
Below the list, you’ll see big, easy to press buttons including New Releases, Best Sellers, Media, All Videos. Use them to navigate to those topics.
Underneath the buttons, you’ll see featured videos and videos divided by subject matter.

PRODUCT PAGES
Click on a video to go to its product page. (Polly Hammet's Design with the Figure example here)This is where you can learn more about the product, watch a preview, and see which formats are available for purchase (digital vs DVD.)
Desktop: At the top of the page you’ll see the cover of the video, the title, the price, and basic information. You’ll also see the format options and you can see which one you’re purchasing by which option has a black box around it.
If you’d like to purchase the video, choose your format and click ADD TO CART.
Below the overview and purchase options, you’ll find a video preview and more information about the workshop below. Depending on the title, we’ve included fun free items like bonus clips and interviews with the artist.
Mobile: If you’re looking at a product page (Polly Hammet's Design with the Figure example here) with your smart phone, you’ll first see the cover of the video, followed by price and basic information including the artist’s name, who produced the title, and run time.
Next you’ll be able to see and choose the format you’d like to purchase and then after choosing the format, ADD TO CART.
Below the overview, you’ll find a video preview and more information about the workshop. Depending on the title, you’ll also see some free extras possibly including a bonus clip or interview with the artist.

LOGIN
If you’d like to watch your purchased video streams, login to your account.
Desktop: On your computer, look for the login in the upper right of the website.
Mobile: On mobile, go to the upper left pull down menu and find LOGIN at the very bottom.

SEARCH
If you want to search for something specific like an individual artist, title or medium, the search bar is a great way to do it.
Desktop: The search bar will be located in the top navigation bar, between the words cart and blog.
Mobile: Look in the upper left corner for three parallel lines that will drop down and show you the search option.
SEARCH BY MEDIUM
Desktop: If you’d like to see the videos within a specific medium, you have several options.
First, scroll down the page. We have videos listed under their medium. Second, find a list of mediums under the slider near the top of the site. Third, if you’re looking for additional media, click the pink MEDIA button and then scroll down until you see MEDIA TYPES on the left hand side of the page.
Mobile: Find your medium at the top of the mobile page. If you’re medium isn’t listed, look in the pull down menu for VIDEO LIST and then MEDIA TYPES for a full list.
