No matter your age, it's easy to hear that dreaded whisper of "it's too late," especially when it comes to something like learning to paint and draw.
But don't believe it. Watercolorist Anne Abgott knows it's never too late. And we trust her big time. Painting isn't only a young person's game. It takes insight and thoughtful reflection, two things we only get better at with age.
And no matter when you start, you can start benefiting from all the wonderful things learning to paint will bring to your life. It gives you a way to be curious about the world. You can create relationships with other painters. It can merge other things you love like gardening and being outside.
So tell that whisper to take a hike and go get painting.
