This week we wanted to share a painting clip from Cheng-Khee Chee instructional video workshop, Crinkle Paper Technique. In this clip, Chee finds natural tree shapes among the creases and colors on his watercolor paper. Chee applies color using his creative right brain then uses rational left brain processes to discover recognizable forms. Chee uses dark pigments and lifting to create tree trunks on his crinkled paper.
