Kelly Powers began work on her video production degree at the University of Oregon's School of Journalism and Communication about the same time her parents, Lynn and Jim, founded Creative Catalyst Productions. Kelly took on editing side work with the company while finishing her degree and became a full-time employee in 2005. By day Kelly works with artists to develop their DVDs, directs video shoots, and now heads social media. By night she covers tables with paint and craft projects. She loves Golden acrylics and can't say no to pretty patterns. She lives with Zach and their cat, Bear.
