Awesome does not even begin to describe this DVD!! Step-by-step instructions and very easy to understand, even for a starting artist. This DVD covers everything and I have watched it 5-6 times, and learn something new each time.

Jacqueline spoke to my art muse through her impressive, stunning, visual feast of a DVD!. I was captivated throughout the presentation as she worked as she talked, explaining her decision-making process as she created the textured abstracts.
While I found that I was already using some of the techniques described, I learned more about the advised mediums to use with each textural component and how to pay attention to the design process. I highly recommend this DVD and will look forward to a workshop in Illinois or Wisconsin if Jacqueline wants to head out our way!

I am writing from Australia..to let you know that I purchased this DVD..and was mesmerized by it..(as was my husband..who happened to walk past.was also captivated.....and stayed for the entire program.
I am really a 'fabric' textile person..not a painter at all..but as I am experienced with colour. I thought I would try to learn..ie without formal lessons!... Your dvd is not only beautiful..but your teaching style is fantastically INTERESTINGLY clear. Can't wait to start!

I received the DVD today and spent the next hour-plus with my eyes "glued to the screen" as it played. My daughter, visiting from Houston, enjoyed it with me and was also very impressed with the quality of the presentation, and with the generous amount of information provided by the artist, Ms. Sullivan. It was an interesting, informative experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend this video to anyone who wants to learn the techniques of texturing, layering and using metallics. If you love color, it's an exciting feast for the eyes!
If you want your money's worth, this one is for you. And students of this technique should get their oohs and ahhs ready!
